Argyle Becomes First UK IFA To Be Awarded Prestigious Investors In People Platinum Status
Argyle Consulting have become the first Financial Advisory business in the UK to be awarded the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) Platinum status – the highest accolade in people management.
The internationally recognised accreditation was achieved after an in depth assessment process, including interviews with the firm’s employees, measuring performance against the nine indicators of the Investors in People Standard. In achieving the highest possible IIP status, Argyle has demonstrated the company’s commitment to high performance through excellent people management and best practice.
